One of our more gentle, slow-paced classes that blends mindful movement, breathwork, and deep core activation. Through fluid transitions and intentional inner work, we connect body and mind while strengthening from the inside out. Perfect for those seeking elegance, grounding, and awareness in their workout.

Requirements: Some prior Pilates experience is recommended, but all levels are welcome.

Pilates Peach

Targeted, glute-focused training that lifts, shapes, and strengthens your lower body. With an emphasis on hips, thighs, and core stability, this class uses small, controlled movements and resistance to fire up the muscles for a defined, sculpted look.
